Melissa was attentive, meticulous about proper placement, and was incredibly knowledgeable. We are two weeks out and my daughter has followed Melissa's care instructions. As a result, her ears are healing beautifully. I truly wish I had known about Melissa when I got my girls' ears pierced the first time.
